1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3.1 Registration Information

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on jjj1 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Deposits are credited to your jjj1 wallet in real time for all supported local payment methods. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. jjj1 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed continuously and the average transfer time to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet is under ten minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take one to two business hours depending on interbank processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit on the same account, or to a verified payment method matching the account holder's identity. jjj1 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.3 Currency

jjj1 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process on jjj1.

4.4 Payment Verification

jjj1 reserves the right to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. If we are unable to verify the source of a deposit, or if a deposit is made from a payment method not registered to you, jjj1 may hold the funds pending clarification and may request supporting documentation.

5. Games, Bets, and Results

5.1 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on jjj1 that are determined by chance — including slot results, card dealing, and dice outcomes — are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by the relevant game developer. The RNG produces statistically independent results for each game round and is independently tested and certified by third-party auditors. jjj1 has no ability to influence any game outcome.

5.4 Esports Betting

Esports betting markets on jjj1 are settled based on official results from the relevant tournament operator. If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned mid-way, bets are settled based on the official ruling of the tournament operator. jjj1 will not settle on unofficial or unconfirmed results.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.4 Forfeiture of Bonuses

Bonuses are forfeited if: the account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, if the account is found to have violated these Terms in any way, or if the bonus expires before the wagering requirement is completed. Forfeited bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjj1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected or confirmed
• A member has provided false or misleading identity information
• A member fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Chargebacks or payment disputes are raised against legitimate transactions
• A request for self-exclusion is received from the account holder

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jjj1 will communicate the reason for the suspension to the account holder within five business days unless doing so would compromise the investigation. Where an account is permanently closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending resolution of the matter that led to closure.

13. Changes to These Terms
